The Aveda research and development team is constantly looking for new plants and advances in manufacturing processes to increase the proportion of natural ingredients in our products. More than 50% of the materials that are used are based on plants.

AVEDA does not cut costs because we want to guarantee the origin, integrity and quality of the herbal ingredients.

Due to high standards, AVEDA assumed a leadership role in the world of cosmetics: 89% of plant ingredients and 90% of essential oils from organic farming.
